Causes & Reasons for Lack of Motivation
These are some of the probable causes:

*Being overwhelmed with things to do or think about
*Not sleeping well
*Feeling tired all the time
*Low self esteem
*Fear that you might fail
*Lack of self confidence
*Fear about what others might think about you
*Not realising how important the end result is
*Not being interested in the end result
*Boredom (whatever that might mean for you)
*Habitual or learned laziness
